PMP Recruitment has set up an onboarding programme for all new starters to induct them into the business and help them to develop essential workplace skills. The scheme, called PMP Fundamentals, has been designed to improve learning, wellbeing and staff retention, and will increase the quality of service provided to our clients.
Fundamentals is an eight week programme available to new managers, head office support, site consultants and in-branch colleagues, covering multiple subjects including compliance, health and safety, policies and procedures, and personal development.
Designed by PMP’s senior management, operational business leaders and the internal Learning & Development team, the programme delivers a host of resources, including modules from Litmus Heroes, bespoke training workbooks, and e-learning tools.
Each person taking part in the programme will be given regular progress reviews by their line manager to ensure they are benefiting from the training.
Nicola Eastwood, Learning & Development manager at Cordant Group, said; “PMP Fundamentals has been developed to be as digestible and enjoyable as possible. It is a valuable engagement tool and demonstrates that the company is focused on development and boosting productivity.
“We have had fantastic feedback from the employees who have already completed Fundamentals, which has allowed them to hit the ground running, whilst ultimately allowing PMP to deliver even stronger service solutions to clients."
