Big Hairy Audacious Goal, or BHAG, is a term taken from the book “Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies”, by James Collins and Jerry Porras. BHAGs are long-term, ambitious, but achievable, goals that change the very nature of a business’ output and positioning.
As the recruitment industry becomes ever more competitive agencies are under pressure to work outside their comfort zone, to break down barriers and demonstrate commitment, confidence and credibility.
The 5P strategy in 2017 gave PMP focus and allowed colleagues to be involved in the growth of our brand. For 2018 PMP are going bigger, bolder and more powerful with its goals. Our 5P project teams will still deliver initiatives surrounding; people, productivity, progression, promotion and performance, but combined, the initiatives will make up five transformational BHAGs.
Aimed at inspiring and motivating individuals to push the boundaries, and themselves, PMP’s BHAGs will shift how our activities are delivered, in turn impacting the recruitment industry and the influence we have on it.
