A high level of service delivery comes from effective contract management and client support. Our account managers are genuine recruitment professionals with years of industry experience, backed by our centralised support structure which allows them to proactively manage and interact with our clients and our temporary workers.

Our account management teams are constructed around the principle of providing day to day support at various levels. Those who provide daily support work seamlessly with operations to ensure efficiencies and productivity are at optimum levels. Each managed site is supported by a dedicated Account Management team, the key responsibilities they hold will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising recruitment and selection activities
  • Overseeing volume requirements
  • Maintaining open lines of communication
  • Completing KPIs in accordance with client requirements
  • Propose, develop and implement cost saving initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth payroll run
  • Liaise with local branches
  • Support productivity
  • Implement Health and Safety measures

We operate a culture, which focuses on diversity and naturally promote an environment of fair and equal employment. Account management teams are trained to ensure legislative compliance to:

  • The Equality Act 2010
  • The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006
  • Disclosure & Barring Service
  • National Minimum Wage
  • Agency Workers Regulations
  • Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
  • Data Protection Act 1998
  • Working Time Regulations (Holiday)
  • Employment Agencies Act 1973

We develop a detailed reporting plan and performance monitoring program across all our contracts incorporating regular client meetings, site visits, SLA reviews and wider contract reviews on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure client satisfaction and consistent service delivery.

We also work with our clients to develop a roadmap of how we would like each contract to develop throughout the contract period and beyond, setting key milestones and targets to be achieved for driving forward service delivery standards. This is developed as part of our overall mobilisation process, which is managed by a dedicated team that works to a contract specific implementation plan, founded on our obligations under TUPE, Health and Safety and contractual requirements, to provide our clients with a fully compliant and refreshed service from day one.

Honesty, integrity, accountability and fairness are the basic fundamental principles of our operation and, of course, accepting responsibility for all our endeavours. We are dedicated to accommodating the needs of both clients and temporary workers alike, whilst at the same time manifesting interactive respect.
