Are you looking for your next challenge, where you can put your ideas and expertise into place at a state-of-the-art Delivery Station? We are looking for a talented, full time, Site Supervisor who shares our passion for continuous innovation and customer satisfaction to support our Site Manager in Neasden, London, NW10 0UP.

Your pay rate as a Site Supervisor:

* Up to £11.50 p/h depending on experience

Key responsibilities of a Site Supervisor will include:

* Daily management of agency staff
* Conduct deep dives on a variety of data/processes
* Checking and verifying agency staff worked hours on a daily basis
* Build relationships with all Stakeholders
* Performance/Absence and Attrition management
* Associate Engagement

Shift pattern for the Site supervisor:

* You will be working night shifts (opportunity may arise to work day shifts later on)

The successful Site Supervisor should possess a flexible approach to working hours particularly during the peak period.

Essential experience (required):

* Computer skills essential: Intermediate – MS Word and Excel
* Excellent team planning ability to include, rotas and shift patterns
* Experience with working in a warehouse environment and in a similar role
* Client relationship management

Desired experience (not required):

* Experience working within an Amazon environment on all relevant processes
* Proven ability to manage medium to large teams
