The Business Census 2017 report has found that UK companies no longer see recruitment as a challenge, and confidence in finding and recruiting staff is on the increase.
The annual survey revealed that the number of firms who once considered recruitment as their biggest challenge has fallen from 24% in 2015 to 9% in 2017.
